Peterborough Art House Ltd

Peterborough Arthouse was born out of a Peterborough Art Council research project to improve visual arts provision in the city.
Eleven founder members grouped together, putting in a little cash each and quite a bit of time to overcome the funding obstacles of 1998 as Peterborough moved towards unitary authority status.
Traditional and contemporary oil painting, acrylic painting and watercolour painting techniques were demonstrated in by some of the founder members. Painting, textiles and stoneware and ceramic pottery were on continual display. |

The Arthouse is now under the sole direction of the original researcher for the project, painter Helen Mould,
BA (Hons),M.A.

Now studio only open two Sundays in April, May, June, September and October. Other times by appointment.
